Innogal welded fence is manufactured from high tensile
steel bars that are welded together to create accurate panel and mesh
dimensions. It is durable and can retain its shape and strength for years to
come, making it an ideal option for outdoor security fencing.
Finishing: The panels are transformed
from high-quality low carbon steel to hard drawn wire as raw material, with a
coating of metallic zinc (Hot-dip Galvanized) for ultimate corrosion
protection.
Hot-dip before galvanizing has the advantages of shorter
production time. The panels are straight-forwardly fabricated from hot-dip
galvanized wire into finished products.
Posts & Fittings: The panels are
attached to 60mm tubular ultra-gal posts. The panels are fixed to the posts
using M6 X 100 bolt and nuts, and a round cap at the top.
